Siamo in Puglia, esattamente a Noicattaro, in provincia di Bari. Qui trova sede l'azienda agricola Calcare, impegnata da decenni nella produzione e commercializzazione dell’uva da tavola.
Il suo fondatore, Peppino Boccuzzi, aveva compreso già a partire dagli anni '70 l'importanza di un gruppo familiare forte e dedito al settore, e dopo anni, la tradizione continua, come afferma Maria Boccuzzi, responsabile amministrativa della Calcare srl.
La campagna produttiva 2011 dell'uva da tavola si sta presentando in modo ottimale, vista la qualità delle prime partite di Black Magic raccolte e commercializzate a partire dallo scorso 14 giugno 2011 (Clicca qui per accedere alla galleria fotografica).
Le nostre albicocche sono in tour sui mercati nazionali ed esteri, ma anche gli affezionati amici che, attraverso il nostro sito web, hanno chiesto di assaggiare le nostre primizie stanno per ricevere i prodotti di stagione.
Varietà “Ninfa”, coltivate in agro di Castellaneta (TA) , raccolte, confezionate e spedite nell’arco di 24 ore, le albicocche CALCARE hanno il colore e il sapore della qualità.

Though the big experience in grapes farming, Calcare decided to promote its methods and its products sending to the new newsletter's subscribers a particular gift: a taste of its firstling cauliflower. Calcare tell us the story of the farming of the cauliflower starting from the cultivation area, describing the exact cultivation place, following all the productive processes finishing to the delivering system giving us just a bit of the idea of how many passion they got to their work.

Simone, production manager, is responsible of Italian and international relationships. He told us how his father Giuseppe Boccuzzi gave him the respect and hard work ideas and values. He loves his work and support it with a strong practical experience. He knows well grapes is the first resource of Puglia's business all over the worlds and he pays attention to innovation and research activities to give to the customer the best product ever. He think Calcare's power is the ability to think as the maker is the first consumer of the final product.
Calcare begins its new year checking its promotion and business strategies. Maria, the business manager, tell us about the idea to keep over control every step of the productive process to understand where is, if it is present, any possible weakness of the Calcare's system to give to the customer the best product ever. Simone Boccuzzi is analyzing the delivery system starting from programming directly "on field". He think is necessary have a good communication with the business partners creating with them a new, particular feeling.
Angela Boccuzzi, quality manager, wants to communicate and promote what is the standard inside the farm and how it's important to give to the customer the best product ever. The only way to perform it, is to join scientific and marketing information to make a new image of the organization.
The finishing line for Calcare is to support and give power to all this ideas, paying attention to the international business machine giving to every single customer the same attention, the same care and the same high quality product making day by day a new feeling between them.
